- Look after yourself: get plenty of rest,eat well, exercise.
- Cut back on stimulants like coffee,tea, chocolate, sugar and cigarettes.
- If sleep is a problem: a warm bath or milk before bed can help
- Herbal sleep remedies are also available.
You may have these symptoms. Not everyone, however, does.
If you do and they seem extreme it may be a good idea to see your GP.
These symptoms do pass,usually in one or two weeks.
The good news is there are things you can do which help.
